Search returns no results
Check that every postcode is a valid London postcode and try removing active pub filters. Some travel modes and locations may not yet have complete journey coverage.
Location is unavailable
Location access is optional. You can enter your postcode manually. To restore access, open iOS Settings, find Midpoint, select Location, and choose While Using the App.
Journey or venue information looks wrong
Journey, opening, and venue information comes from external data providers and can change. Send the meeting area or pub name and a brief explanation so the issue can be investigated.
The app cannot connect
Confirm your internet connection and try again. Midpoint uses a live service, so a temporary service or transport-data interruption may prevent searches.
